During a site inspection on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, conditions at the work area raised concerns regarding the implementation of workplace safety standards. The alleged deficiencies require further on-site inspection to establish whether the construction activities comply with applicable occupational safety regulations.

When asked about the project, a worker at the site stated that the project belonged to an individual named Noval.

However, this statement remains an unverified account from a worker in the field. No official confirmation has been obtained regarding Noval’s role in the project, including whether the individual is the business owner, project contractor, person in charge, or another party involved in the construction work.

The implementation of occupational safety and health standards in construction projects is essential to protect workers and members of the public carrying out activities near the site. The contractor is therefore expected to ensure that workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), the work area is properly secured, and safety procedures are implemented according to the risks associated with the construction activities.

Furthermore, the relevant agencies within the Tangerang City Government are expected to conduct an inspection if indications of non-compliance are identified, particularly concerning workplace safety and the protection of the surrounding area.
